What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?+

Our MOQ starts at 1 MT for trial orders across all product categories. For regular supply contracts, we recommend 5 MT+ per shipment for optimal freight economics. We can supply up to 50+ MT per month per product.

Do you offer CIF pricing?+

Yes. We offer both FOB (Mundra / Nhava Sheva port) and CIF pricing to any destination port worldwide. For first-time buyers, we recommend FOB pricing for transparency. CIF quotes are provided within 24 hours of enquiry.

What certifications do you hold?+

We are FSSAI licensed, APEDA registered, and NPOP Organic certified. We also comply with ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management) and HACCP standards. EU Organic and USDA certifications are in process. Every shipment includes Certificate of Analysis (COA), phytosanitary certificate, and origin certificate.

Can you do private labelling?+

Absolutely. We offer complete private labelling and custom packaging solutions. You provide your artwork and brand guidelines, and we handle everything from design adaptation to final packaging. Available formats include PP bags, jute bags, standup pouches, glass jars, and bulk HDPE bags in sizes from 100g to 50kg.

What makes your products traceable?+

Every shipment from Karnata FPC comes with QR-coded batch tracking linked to specific farmer groups, harvest dates, and processing records. Our "Farmer to Foreigner" model provides complete farm-to-port documentation. We are the growers, not traders.

How quickly can you ship?+

For products in stock, we can dispatch within 7-10 working days of order confirmation. For custom processing or private label orders, lead time is typically 15-20 working days. We ship from Mundra and Nhava Sheva (JNPT) ports.

Can I get samples before placing an order?+

Yes. We provide free product samples (up to 500g per product) to serious buyers. Courier charges apply for international shipping. Contact us at export@karnatafpc.com with your requirements and shipping address.
